3. By printing out the site Order Form, entering your ordering information, and mailing it with a personal cheque, money order, or international money order to the address given on the form. For a "first order" from a new customer we require bank clearance of a cheque before shipping. Allow 5 business days for a Canadian cheque, 10 business days for a US cheque.

When placing your order, the amount you pay for shipping is the transportation charge only. If you are located outside Canada, it does not cover any border charges that may be incurred when the goods enter your country. We are not responsible for payment of import duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or any other charges that might be made against the shipment after it leaves Canada.
